Payment Method & Timing

Credit Card (Stripe)

Paid materials are charged at checkout. Monthly Premium is charged on signup and each monthly renewal until renewal is stopped on the Premium page. Annual is paid once, does not renew automatically, and requires repurchase to continue. Charges are in Japanese yen.

Delivery Timing

Paid materials are available for download immediately after payment completion. Premium membership benefits are available immediately after payment completion.

Returns and Refunds

Due to the nature of digital content, returns, exchanges, and refunds are generally not accepted after purchase or payment completion. Please refer to our Returns and Refund Policy for details.

Canceling Premium Membership

Annual passes do not renew automatically and need no cancellation. Monthly renewal can be stopped on the Premium page. Benefits within the allowance remain available until expiry. Repurchase is required to continue. Prorated refunds for unused time are generally not provided. Deadlines are stored as UTC instants and displayed in the visitor's device time zone.
