What is INKIES?
A site offering classic American comic-style illustration materials. You can download hero characters, backgrounds, and other comic-style assets.
What file formats are available?
PNG, high-resolution PNG (paid materials), and editable AI data (paid materials) are supported. Available formats vary by material.
Membership & Purchases
What membership tiers are there?
Regular (free) and Premium (monthly).
Regular: download free materials, purchase paid materials
Premium: unlimited downloads of all materials, no ads
How do I purchase paid materials?
Click "Add to Cart" on the material page, proceed to cart, and complete payment via Stripe. After payment, you can download from Purchase History in My Page.
Where can I find my downloaded materials?
Check Download History in My Page for past downloads. Purchased materials can be re-downloaded from Purchase History.
Usage Scope
Can I use the materials commercially?
Yes, you may.
Use is permitted for advertising, websites, social media posts, videos, printed materials, and other production/promotional purposes. No prior notice or application is required.
What can I use the materials for?
Examples include:
・Websites, landing pages, in-app assets
・Ad banners, social media posts, videos
・Flyers, brochures, posters
・Product packaging design elements
・Corporate or personal promotions
Is credit attribution required?
No. Credit is appreciated but entirely optional.
Can I modify or edit the materials?
Yes, you may freely modify and edit the materials.
Color changes, cropping, partial use, and combination with other assets are all permitted. Modified materials may also be used commercially.
However, these terms apply regardless of whether modifications have been made.
Merchandising
Can I create and sell products using the materials?
As a rule, no.
Products consisting of the material itself or designs centered on the material constitute "merchandising" and require a separate license regardless of modification. Please contact us with details of your intended use for individual terms and pricing.

What specifically counts as merchandising?
Examples include:
・Selling stickers, T-shirts, acrylic goods
・Products featuring illustrations or characters as main elements
・Selling LINE stamps, wallpapers, icon sets
・Selling the material data itself

Prohibited Uses
Can I redistribute the materials?
No. Redistribution or resale of the material data is prohibited, regardless of whether modifications have been made.
Can I let others use the materials?
No. Sublicensing (transfer or sale of usage rights) to third parties is prohibited.
Can I use the materials for AI-related purposes?
No. The following uses are prohibited:
・Use as AI training data
・Training or developing machine learning models
・Input to or regeneration by generative AI
・LoRA or fine-tuning
Copyright & Legal
Who owns the copyright?
Copyright is not waived and remains with this site and the creator. No rights are transferred through use of the materials.
Can I get a refund after purchase?
As a rule, refunds and cancellations are not accepted.
Exceptions are made in the following cases:
・File corruption preventing normal use
・Incorrect data provided
・A critical defect on our side
What if a problem occurs from using the materials?
This site assumes no liability whatsoever. All use is at the user's own risk.
What happens if the terms are violated?
We may take action including suspension of use, takedown requests, and legal measures.
